Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

This page explains privacy practices for the DMCI Broadband website and makes our existing published Privacy Policy and CPNI Policy easier to find. It supplements those documents with information about the website tools described below; it does not reduce the protections in them.

1. Information you provide

Contact and service-interest forms collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, service address, service interest, and message. Only provide information needed to answer your request. Do not include account passwords, payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information in a general inquiry.

2. Address and coverage checks

Address searches may be sent to Google Places when that lookup service is enabled. A selected address can be resolved into a formatted address, place identifier, geographic coordinates, and ZIP code. Coverage checks use our coverage records and may send coordinates to Mapbox to query DMCI’s published fiber map. The website saves the entered and normalized address, location details, lookup provider, and coverage result to help evaluate availability and service interest—even if you do not submit a contact form.

3. Technical information and cookies

Our published Privacy Policy describes the collection of technical information such as IP addresses, usage details, and cookies. Website hosting and embedded services may receive your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times to deliver and protect their services. Maps can connect to their provider when the page loads. Your browser settings can limit cookies; some third-party account features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.

4. How information is used

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate service availability, plan and arrange requested service, provide support, maintain account and billing records where applicable, improve service, and protect our systems. Our published policy also describes service-related research and marketing uses. A website inquiry is not a service contract or a blanket authorization for unrelated automated marketing.

5. Providers and sharing

Website inquiries and availability records are stored using Supabase. Where email notifications are enabled, inquiry details are sent to DMCI’s designated recipients using Resend. Vercel hosts this website; Google Places and Mapbox support the address and map features described above. DMCI’s published policy states that it does not sell personal information and shares information with vendors and partners as necessary for their work, subject to the protections described in that policy. The policy also addresses legally required disclosures, emergency disclosures, and business transfers.

6. Account portals and other websites

The website links to separate customer-account, webmail, VoIP, and speed-test services. Information you submit after leaving this website is handled under the applicable service terms and privacy notices. The general inquiry forms on this site do not collect payment-card details. Review the privacy notices of any separate account or payment service before entering sensitive information.

7. Telecommunications information

Telephone and interconnected VoIP service information may qualify as Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI). DMCI’s separate CPNI Policy explains the protections, permitted uses, and choices for that information. A website form submission does not replace consent required for a particular use of CPNI.

8. Retention and security

Our published policy states that retention depends on how information is used and applicable legal requirements, and that information is kept no longer than reasonably necessary for the collection purposes unless law requires otherwise. It also describes physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards. No security measure or internet transmission is completely secure. This page does not promise a fixed deletion deadline or absolute security.

9. Your choices and privacy questions

You can choose not to provide optional details, ask about information you have supplied, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern about its use. Contact compliance@dmcibb.net or call 877-936-2422. DMCI may need to verify a request and retain information necessary for service, security, or legal obligations. Applicable privacy rights and exceptions depend on the circumstances and law; this page does not limit rights you may have.

10. Children

Our published Privacy Policy states that the website is not directed to children under 16 and that DMCI does not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact compliance@dmcibb.net so DMCI can address the request under that policy.

11. Updates and contact

DMCI may update its privacy information as described in the published policy. The date on this page identifies its latest website update. Privacy contact: compliance@dmcibb.net; DMCI Broadband, LLC, 4751 S Edon Rd, Reading, MI 49274; 877-936-2422.
