Terms of Service

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These terms apply to this website and its availability and inquiry tools, operated by DMCI Broadband, LLC. They explain how to use the site and how website requests relate to actual service orders.

1. Website use

Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when requesting assistance. Do not impersonate another person, submit spam or malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website, its forms, or its network connections.

2. Availability and installation

Maps, address suggestions, coverage results, construction information, and estimated service options are informational. Availability at a property depends on DMCI verification, network conditions, equipment, access, and installation feasibility. A result or a map boundary is not a guarantee of service, speed, installation timing, or a future build. Any feature marked as a preview or demo is not a live service commitment.

3. Requests are not service orders

Submitting a contact form, installation request, or interest notification asks DMCI to follow up. It does not activate service, authorize a charge, reserve an installation date, or sign an internet, telephone, or construction agreement. DMCI will confirm the applicable plan, price, equipment, installation requirements, and service terms before an order is finalized.

4. Prices and separate service agreements

Published plans and broadband consumer labels provide information about available offerings. Confirm the current charges, taxes, fees, promotional conditions, and availability with DMCI before ordering. Your accepted service agreement, applicable tariff, broadband consumer label, and legally required disclosures govern the service you purchase. These website terms do not replace or amend them, create a new minimum term, or establish a new cancellation charge.

5. Website content

DMCI and its licensors retain their rights in site content, photography, branding, and software. You may read, download, and print service information for personal or internal business reference. Do not represent stock photographs or AI-generated scenes as endorsements or actual customer installations, misuse DMCI branding, or reproduce protected materials beyond permissions granted by their owners or applicable law.

6. External tools and accounts

Links may take you to account, payment, email, telephone, speed-test, or other third-party services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies. Keep account credentials secure. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive account information through the general contact form.

7. Website availability and accuracy

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but errors, outages, delays, or changes may occur. Contact DMCI if information appears incorrect or conflicts with a service document. Nothing on this page waives rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, or reduces obligations in an accepted service agreement.

8. Privacy and communications

The Privacy Policy explains information collected through these tools and how to contact DMCI with privacy questions. When you send an inquiry, DMCI may use the contact details you provide to respond to that request. Submitting a request is not blanket permission for unrelated marketing, automated calls, or text-message campaigns.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these website terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Changes to website terms do not automatically amend an existing service agreement. For questions, contact DMCI Broadband, LLC at 4751 S Edon Rd, Reading, MI 49274, or call 877-936-2422.
